pouched egg

i like pouched eggs, so we went to The Flying Pan to have English breakfast frequently in the past few months because they serve egg Benedict's......

and ''pouched eggs" crossed my mind this morning when i woke up,

i remember vinegar will be required in the boiling water... yea.. i got vinegar in my fridge ! great ! let's breakfast at home !

the preparation time is only very little, tho' we do not have hollandaise sauce, but it still tasted good.....

when i was washing the dishes after breakfast... suddenly i remember something of my childhood.

my dad doesn't know cooking much, he only knows few eggs recipes.. boiled eggs, pan fried crispy eggs... and pouched eggs !

yes, in winter, dad made me 2 pouched eggs in slightly salty water for breakfast before we went to school... that he said could keep us warm in the morning.

i think i didn't have his water pouched eggs after the age of 12 ... and the memories fade along the time.......

i'm proud of myself today for cleaning up my home this afternoon, threw away many expired food (mainly sauce) from the fridge, and restock fresh food ! ha !

since my mom is having vacation at Qingdao, so i got a chance to dinner with dad alone twice this week (yes, i didn't dine with them often, usually 3 times a month, maybe.....).

quietly listening to him about every little thing at work is an experience, sometimes, you will find people just want others listening to him, rather than giving "advice"/ "comment". this is something i need to learn. ^^

and i am happy to see he was happy after the dinner ^^

so.... having distracted by facebook & instagram...i DID not blog for 1 year.....

in the last 2 weeks, i have been visiting my blogger friends again "frequently" and there are quite a number of them who continue blogging while a few of them dropped as well.

it's good to see them still blogging indeed....

it's a bit difficult to start to write again... and together, I dropped taking decent photo with my camera as well... hey, that's bad..... iphone is bad (this is the only excuse i can think of, sorry, steve)!!!

so, August is the break time for me, no wedding in this hot hot summer.

um.. not sure who is reading this dusty blog now... i quit my full-time in the last February, and become a full-time wedding designer/ florist.. whatever, the title is.....

Exciting to look forward to the coming wedding season, got many ideas in mind, and just cannot wait to present them in each wedding.

and I think I should start making soap in August as well...

OMG.. can't believe i gave up this blog for more than 1 month.....
feel bad about this....

these days, i have been working like an ant.
busy at work !!!! never been that busy before !!!! computer 12 hr per day at least !
Statistics....chi-square test... survivial curve, kaplan -miere......... @_@
but glad I got significant results from the experiments that I've performed.... phews...
boss is happy about that :D

great news to share in here,
today i got a phone call from a local high-end hotel group,
they are interested in my floral works and want to see if I am available for them to do standard table centerpieces + reception table decoration for their client's weddings...
the same group has contacted me in last Jan, but I was not quite ready for this....

i donno how the thing will end-up.
i have not planned for anything in a short term yet.
er...........headache...
this is a golden chance, rite?
but, still way many things to consider......

i think i made the best in town !

seafood risotto with panfried scallop & white fish & lots and lots of mushroom !!!
tips: a touch of white wine, chicken broth 250 ml and about 4 cups of water.

and a generous handful of parmasen cheese after remove from heat.

best serve with a glass of riesling !

a very good sauce for the salad :
romain lattuce : light cream + a bit of english mustard + a bit of white truffle cream !!!!--> mix well.

Oasis Spa Phuket 2010

on the next day, we booked a 4-hrs spa treatment via here
it was a different experience compared to the Bangkok one.

the environment is very village feel.

we particularly like the cold towel (smell lavender to me !)
and the cold ginger welcome drink.

tho' the weather at Phuket is not as hot as we thought,
and in fact, it's very dry & with sea breeze lots of time~~
but no air-con there at Oasis Spa !~~
to us, the hk ppl,
i do mind the occasion visiting of flies .... @_@

first time tried the 4-hands massage....
um... i still like the Thai massage better :P

the complimentary breakfast is made-to-order and not the buffet type.
i like that.
the choices are just great !

my favorite egg benedict on croissant !

i consider this as pre-breakfast dessert....
they serve this together with juice and coffee before we order the breakfast.
the texture is like donuts, but they serve with a small dish of liquid jam.....

and after the breakfast, we sat here for a while........
quite and peaceful.
and that's it.

basically, it has been a really long time that we haven't traveled.
last time was March 2009 ???
we want a real "hea" trip this time, no shopping, so we picked this resort which located at the north of Phuket island, quite far from the "downtown" Patong area.

today, our fans page reached 1000 fans.
it's really sth to us.
yea, and i guess we are the only local one reached 1000 fans in this wedding design field.

flashing back to the day we had 100 fans, we were sooooooo delighted, and checking how much gaining every day.
and then a day come to 300, you will get used to it... stop looking at the number and become numb.

today, it really really makes me start to re-adjust the attitude toward our "small business";
at first, we consider it as a freelance/ part-time job; all because we like beautiful things and want to help people to make their weddings prettier..... and we were working at stree-free.

we feel blessed/ lucky that people like our works;
when the business is growing, stresses come automatically.
not from others, but from our own.....
will there a next better one ?
it's like competing with ourselves.
i think we are crazy.
(eric sometimes got jealous when people like my flower works more than his designed backdrop, hehe)

both eric & i do not know how to run a business basically...
when the terms like "license, insurance, staff" come up... we will be having a headache....
gosh, is it really growing too quick/ too soon ?

i was pretty upset last weekend, and didn't sleep well that night.
i thought i have put it down already, but actually not....
still here... so i have to speak it out at least in here !

feel like being "used" and took advanges by others.....

i still see "friendship" exists in this world, but just don't use the word wrongly.

I cannot stand that guy, after seeing the design, and told us it's not worthing;
but he then took the design for his own use !
what the hell ????
can i sue him ?

today, first time eric asked me for opinion about head or tail.

my world only has black or white, but with no grey !
eric always thinks there is grey in the world; and comment about me being a police......
but i don't care.

well, i will only do whatever i think it's right,
justice is what i see very important in my little world.
and i will not only fight for myself, even whoever i know, i will fight for them.

i am happy my hubby is doing sth that is definitely a "right" thing tonight.
he discovered sth, helped to negotiate and settle.
though, he still has some hesitation after he did it...
well, i told him, don't you feel great after doing sth good and right ? and god knows what you did.

sorry for lack of posting.
finished 5 weddings this month with great success.
i can now have a 2-week time to clear my mind,
to brainstorm of something new, and get ready for the 2nd half of the year.

we are lucky, and everything seems running quite smooth,
always meeting nice people, and what is more, these nice people can give us a helping hand.

eric will quit his full time job, and switch to full time focus on wedding design in the coming july.
wish him luck, wish us luck.

finished 2 big projects last weekend,
i am exhausted, never been that tired before ...... a walking dead man these few days at work....
i am starting to scare about the schedule in Dec.

the client called today, and said thank youssss again to us.
this is really something can push us further.
to a 2-men-band, i think we did amazing works last week,
but there are still many things can be better, can be improved......

took a day off on this super holiday mood monday,

gave up the internet thing for a whole day,

yum cha with mom and dad,

drove brother to work,

spent some $ at ikea,

cleaned up the mess at home,

and more importantly cleaned up the dirty floor (where the dust come from ?!!!!!)

bought lovely sheet for bed and changed it,

made a 3-dishes chinese meal (all are yum!).

i am satisfy with what i have done today !

hello there....
i am in still the middle of busy......
i thought i can have more free time after the x'mas, but actually not.

after the wedding, i was actually still busy with 2 more jobs b4 the new year....
i slept thru the new year....... missed the count down :(

2010 begins, up till now, finished 3 more wedding jobs, 2 bridal showers, and 1 bridesmaid work for a very best friend....
more to come in this month, will be 1 ad-hoc wedding works and 1 more bridesmaid work for another best friend.

what i can say is... i am soooooooooo worn out...
but, i am happy.
don't worry me :)

oh..... but i had fun during the holiday, eric's cousins came back for the wedding,
and we hung out for some time....
and i missed them a lot now.
hope will visit them and Hawaii+ San Francisco soon lor !!!!

next is planning our trip to BKK during CNY.
yes, planning, still not yet confirm everything,
hope there is still a chance to get the room & flight tickets.....

what a wonderful wedding

okay, time should be back to normal,
and i hope i should have more time to spend on this blog.
Eric's baby sister, Krima, whose wedding was held yesterday.
yes, eric & i were the destined designer, semi-planner, and florist for the whole wedding.

it was... extremely harsh, making us "big head", spending the most most of the time in brainstorming, but the rewards were exceptionally huge !

okay, i must say, everyone is loving the whole decoration in the banquet, we were hearing the big big big compliments in the night. it was everything to me & eric.

one thing that touched me the most is, the very very famous wedding photographer in HK, Lawrence Tsang, gave us a lots & lots of praises and cheer words. (for those who doesn't know him, must see his works.)
he must have attended sooooooo many weddings, and should have seen many beautiful deco works before; but he told me "sincerely" that ours are the 2nd that he gave so many praises.
he even told me and eric these supporting words separately, which is truly a tremendous force to us to go a step further.

and eric thanks me many many times for all those hardships that he put on me, just because he was too stressful.

and from this experience, i know more about myself that having better organizing/ arrangement ability than i thought.

it was not at all easy to hold a theme wedding,
every detail, every little thing, from planning to making, to perfect.
yes, i am pursuing perfect thingssssss.

start from here, another step further. :D

a dining table centerpiece with different texture of purplish pink & silver x'mas balls.
inspired by my floral teacher who transformed this festive hanging ornament to a flower container !

for the last 3 years, i bought fresh x'mas pine from the flower market.
and i got pretty good bargain price this year..hohoho.... can make a lots of things now....
firstly, made this lovely table centerpiece with great smell !

so... have been real busy and tired lately.
i mean seriously busy and tired.

trying to grap pieces from my memory now.....

~the throbbing sound in my left ear came back after the flu, annoying.....

~had a fight with eric at one night

~been dealing with some really really "ma fan" ppl

~quite smooth running in recent experiments in lab, and feeling real successful :D

~feeling ridiculous that someone continuously called my parents' home and their cell phones, and even at mid-nights. my brother and i are going to fight back. real piss me off.

~going to macau tomorrow ! real excited about that, which is our first wedding job outside hong kong. real happy that the newly weds invite us to attend the banquet as well .... :P

~feeling extremely blissful that some bride-to-be are trusting our design/ taste in terms of flower arrangement. actually, i am quite happy to discuss with people about flower things.
I REALLY LOVE FLOWERS.

~met a very helpful and nice salesman from a lighting shop, tho' he was using some very professional terms which we were all ??????? in our heads.....

this one involves lots of wiring... you cannot imagine the time & effort that spent on this one.....but definitely worth !

the bluish rusty color of hydrangea is pretty cool.

高錕的小腦日漸萎縮，語言能力衰退，詞不達意。他接受當地中文電視台訪問時說：「我現在很不太好。我自己裏面（指腦部）要講出來，很難做。」高錕對獲諾貝爾獎感興奮，「我很高興。這是非常好的。（研究）係我自己做，呢啲好難做。」但記者和妻子數次問他是否光纖之父，他卻不明所以。

高錕夫婦今年夏季從香港搬到美國加州矽谷山景城定居。他們接受多間傳媒機構訪問時表示，現時生活與一般退休老人無異。高錕夫婦居於旺中帶靜的社區，附近有華人超級市場和日本餐廳。高錕每天行程包括與妻子打網球、上音樂課及手工課等。他喜歡看電視，又經常行山及到附近公園散步。在當地工作的子女每周探望兩老，高錕特別喜歡跟孫兒玩耍。

「甚麼都不做　鍛煉第一」

高錕每周到專門照顧智障或體障老人的健康中心三次，與其他長者吃午飯、做動運和談天。高錕在中心看見記者，即瞇眼笑說：「我知道你們是來找我的。我知道你們想問我甚麼，我告訴你，我很高興，（得獎）是非常棒的一件事！」他又跟攝影記者搭訕，「我以前喜歡照相，自己洗（冲曬）照片的。現在甚麼都不做了，鍛煉第一。」

做早操後洗手　一臉稚氣

快將 76歲的高錕在中心與數十名長者一起「鍛煉」，早上做椅子操，在椅上伸手、抬腿、轉拳頭，高做完即紅光滿面。職員把潔手消毒液噴在他手心，他就一臉稚氣的向記者攤開雙手，「看，很乾淨，哈哈！」

but i worked really hard on my handmade soap in the past few days....

it was because mom called last week, and asked for some handmade soap.
i passed few of my very early batches to her and my aunts last year ... and they didn't ask for more later...
so i think probably they don't like them or they probably have stocked up some commercial ones.....

mom said the soap are very good for her hair and skin!
hey, i am very happy about that... and so made 3 batches in the past few days....

been to shiu shing hong last friday to shop for more oil,
lo-ban gave me a very good price of refined shea butter.....only HKD100 for 250g.... hahaha.....

we had our anniversary dinner at Case fina,
they serve wonderful oysters of different kinds,
on this oyster platter: africa rock, irish gigas, fine de claire, fine de special, cadoret and sea whelk

an encore round: mexican pacific, scottish rock and langebaan
scottish rock is the best !

we found agnes b la pain grille have better baby blue (see here), which their white sauce taste better. this one is more "cheesy taste"... donno why...

i think the creme burlee is a bit too big.....
it should be served in a 2.5" container....
but, taste still good

okay, i made a better chocolate warm pudding !!!

anyway, it's highly recommended for the main dishes and seafood !
and advance reservation is needed.

when i saw this shop, i was speechless.

the whole shop is stocked with different antique "felt" wooden boxes.

& i couldn't stop humming rod stewart's song "that old feeling".....

some small ones have sizes suitable for my craft, jewels, paper cutting or anything;

or large ones like suitcases suitable for cloth and magazines.......

it was a huge challenge for me to pick out these 2 from the stacks.

i was really really falling in the shop.

kept asking the lady to take this and that down for me to have a look.

& she was very happy and proud to say that her dad made all these.

if i was not with my family, i could probably be staying there for few hours.

i must visit there again soon.

the one with "SOAP" on it was the original one i picked,

i want to put my hand-made soaps in there.....isn't it just meant to be mine?

but i turned out to get the 2 matched color boxes.....

maybe next time, i will take you home, wait for me.

recently, i have joined a group called "瘋狂料理同門", members will post up recent dishes, and friends in which are showing a supportive role....

hey, that really encourage me to cook more tho'.

chocolate banana cake is relatively easy to handle as it doesn't involve any baking step^^. however, it still a complicated cake as of it's layers with different ingredients, have to wait 1 layer to set & then to make another layer.

i should make a mango/ green tea one later this week (the only reason is they are available in my kitchen) !

eric give me 95/100, & i like it too !

materials & method (for a 5" x 7" mold)

1st layer: 朱古力海棉蛋糕一片

2nd layer: banana mousse

mashed banana 70g

sugar 2 teaspoon

lemon juice few drops

gelatin powder 1 teaspoon

whipping cream 70g

water

1. melt gelatin powder + 1 teaspoon sugar + 1 teaspoon hot water

2. mashed banana + 1 teaspoon sugar + lemon juice, microwave 1 minute

3. add 2 to 1, and wait to cool

4. whipped the cream + 3, and layer on, freeze till set

3rd layer: chocolate mousse

milk 60 g

egg yolk 1pc

sugar 1 tablespoon

gelatin powder 1.5 teaspoon

chocolate 80g

whipping cream 100g

brandy 1 teaspoon

1. melt gelatin powder + 1 teaspoon sugar + 1 teaspoon hot water

2. heat up milk in microwave for 1 minute

3. mix egg yolk+ remaining sugar, add to 2 with stirring

4. melt the chocolate, and add 3 in it, then add 1, add brandy

5. whipped the cream + 4, and layer on, freeze till set

4th layer: chocolate coat

water 40 g

whipping cream 30 g　

chocolate powder 25 g

gelatin powder 1 teaspoon

sugar 1/2 teaspoon

1. gelatin + sugar + water, heat & bring to boil

2. add chocolate powder & cream

3. let the mixture to cool down to room temperature & pour on cake top

4. freeze till set

my 1st trial, the overall comment is "average".

as i want the base to be "fluffy" like sponge cake.....

actually i am not quite sure if a "cupcake" should be hard like that. anyone can tell me about this?

original recipe is from here; but, the lemon flavor is very good tho' !

i don't have any cream cheese or cream at home to make the topping,

& suddenly the idea from "flame ice-cream cake" (火焰雪糕蛋糕) came up; which makes the little cupcake looks a bit cute.

ingredients (for 6 cupcakes)
A. 3/4 cup all purpose flour
A. 1/4 table spoon baking powder
A. 1/8 teaspoon salt
B. 1/4 cup butter R.T.
B. 1/2 cup sugar
C. 1 whole egg R.T.
D. 1/2 table spoon lemon juice and peels
D. 1/4 cup buttermilk
D. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
E. candied orange peel

methods:
1. whisk A in 1 bowl
2. mix B first in another bowl and then add C
3. add A to B in 3 times
4. then add D
5. put in paper liners and garnish with E on each
6. bake for 20 minutes at 280C

love a lot "森永"cream caramel bought from the jusco supermarket,
but they have discontinued the product for a while,
so i decide to research & investigate a good recipe of making it.

the recipe said to bake in water bath at 150C for 45 mins,
i think i should either cut down the cooking hour or temperature.....
but still yum !

material and method (for 6 cups):
1. prepare caramel & pour it at the bottom of cups

2. 4 eggs + 50g sugar (i cut it down) --> whisk till smooth;
+ 2 boxes of warm milk + 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract/ vanilla seeds --> mix
--> pour the mixture to the cups and bake in water bath for 45 mins.

took a bouquet making lesson tonight, teacher told us to bring 30-40 medium size roses.
i have a difficulty in picking flowers everytime when i shop around the flower market, coz there are just too many choices.......so, usually i will walk 2 rounds and then can decide what to buy :P

pastel color are my all time favorite, i picked 3 different colors : cream, light pink & peach red;
& today i found the lovely calla lily in purplish color match the roses also.

successfully created a dome shape bouquet, so happy !!!
other classmates just admired my bouquet, as the color of flowers match so perfectly !!!
the bouquet is so heavy, but it's quite difficult to make a small one tho';
when i got home, i removed it from the handle and transform it to a centerpiece.

i tried to make dry hydrangea several times but in vain. (they just wilted instead of drying up ?!)

last month, the weather in here was super humid,

but i could successfully make one!

i just forgot to add water in the vase....

and the water dried up slowly .... slowly..... slowly......

until one day, i feel the leaves a bit dry....

so i just put it in an empty vase.....

i have stopped the ring-pillow order for a quite long period of time, it's because i was distracted by many other things lately, & i require highly concentration on the embroidery thing......

F&R are my god-brother, Angus's friends,
this ring-pillow was surprisingly able to finish fast, it took me just 3 hours !!!!
i used my favorite lace in here......
please pray for me that i can find the same lace again later!!!

店裡放有附近zakka shop 的咭片及資料, 形成小小community的network.

Raconter 令我捨不得走, 每樣東西拿上手都想買.

Momo nature 售賣女性化的無印類products+ furnitures...... 可惜時間不早, 只逗留了很短時間.

在酒店拍下在Afternoon Tea買來的可愛玻璃品.

從心齋橋徒步走15分鐘就到黑門市場,

算是wet market, 那裡有魚檔菜檔食館.

經過さぬき, 店外表不大起眼, 但見到很多食客的手繪推介.

一坐下, 熱情的老板問我們那裡來, 然後就捧出一大疊香港遊客的推介:共15本, 問老闆這些儲了多少年, 他說只有2年.....

店主要提供烏冬麵食, 炸豬扒飯等.

我點了天婦羅冷烏冬 600円, 天婦羅現做.....好好味 (懷念中.....)

大王天婦羅熱湯烏冬 550円

tamago roll 400円, 很滑, 但味道淡了一點.

一路吃, 一路跟大王笑說老闆巳準備好顏色筆給他, 大王仲話: 唔係呀嘛;

係你架喇, 走唔甩啦.

老闆讚大王的畫功很好呢!

(不過, 唔好誤會, 呢張相影到阿老闆唔係好想收呢幅畫添....)

um...是一間令人懷念的小舖 !

走一整天奈良, 再走一整天京都....雙腳快要斷......
從八阪神社走進円山公園, 坐在這裡接近半小時才可以再從新走路;

円山公園櫻花還未開, 先看看我認為很有型的垂柳吧!

在大阪幾天, 每晚都会上網看看櫻花情報,
平野神社是當時在京都唯一報告有櫻看的地方.

從金閣寺徒步到平野神社, 大約15分鐘的路程.
神社面積很小, 當時大家看着唯一盛放的櫻花樹, 都發了顛.

遊畢春日大社, 向北行往東大寺方向出發.
途經一片大草地, 又會遇見自由奔跑的小鹿.

前往東大寺的必經の路要先跨過25米高的南大門,
這裡很古舊, 沒有收葺, 但仍可感受到古時建築用料很堅.

南大門兩旁有8米高的金剛力士像, 十分有氣勢.
看不清楚, 疑是木雕.

東大寺乃世界最大の木建築,

這相片距離大約200米才可影到全貌 (這不是用wide lens)

玩完奈良公園, 走到腳跛.

3時才去吃 lunch, 近鐵站出口就是東向通り.

找到とんかつ, 好味的炸豬扒定食.

吃飽回大阪 lu !

奈良公園裡面包含數間神舍, 春日大社是其中一所.

沿路有數百座石燈, 細看有些貼上名字, 大概是捐獻點燈罷.

神鹿再現 !!!!

奈良公園有一處梅の林, 原來梅花樹是這樣子的.

遠看還以為是櫻花樹.

難怪有說"一支梅"

在家附近的"玉堂春"樹都是深粉紅色的,

這裡發現雪白色, 好靚呀!!!!

2009 Kansai: 發現小鹿

早上乘"近鉄難波・奈良線快速急行" 到奈良, 車程 38 分鐘,

遠離城市, 到奈良公園走走.

看別人的遊記說到奈良遊玩只需半天時間, 我們早上10時多到達, 3點多才回程; 奈良公園其實非常大(天書說有8000平方米) , 我們只走了一半而已.

到奈良公園, 目的就是見見名物 "麋鹿" .

日本人相信它們是"神的使者", 而這班"神的使者"很貪吃,

我們遙遠看見買鹿餅的遊人被數名"神的使者"圍攻, 很可怕 !

我買了鹿餅後迅速塞入袋裡, 避過一劫. (鹿餅￥150)

大王的 starbucks 紙袋, 不知是因為與鹿餅顏色一樣, 還是有食物的氣味, 給其中一名"使者" 咬了一大口, 嚇得我吖 !

老實說, 告示版的小鹿和畫在電線柱的圖案就可愛得多.

真野比較恐佈......

走了一會, 到了一處比較偏僻的梅樹林, 發現2只小鹿 (其他真的很大隻) , 我們才有膽拿鹿餅出來餵它們!

餓鹿搶餅, 不消1分鐘就餵完手上的鹿餅.

2009 Kansai: 吃黑毛和牛燒肉

吃和牛燒肉是到日本吃晚餐的必然の選, 跟天書介紹到道頓堀的"五六精肉店", 據說店內只供應有証書的黑毛和牛.

店舖分開5層樓, 店員帶我們到的一層可容納5桌共10人.

價格合理, 的確相比起在香港吃便宜一大截.

店內使用備長炭, 減少油煙; 所以身上衣服也沒有太大油煙味.

看到餐具才知道"五六精肉店"的"五六"原來是代表五臟六腑, 意思是牛的內臟在這裡全都有得吃. oh, 可惜我不吃內臟 !

除了這個....... 燒牛舌實在太美味了!

其實, 牛舌是屬於內臟嗎 ???

沙律消消熱氣.

和牛要燒至全熟, 千萬不要6/7成熟, 讓那些脂肪燒掉才是最好吃, 不是angus steak 呀!

魚很喜歡吃茶漬飯, 吃到好吃的感覺好幸福.

從酒店下樓, 5秒就可看見地標 Glico大型廣告牌. 似乎, 不論本地/外地遊客都要在這裡影一張到此一遊的照片.

聽說這幢商店街月底就要拆卸, 現在就免費讓人入場參觀.

道頓堀一帶盡是食館, 發現後街小巷的店都很有特色.

上次去過, 今次便有了概念在機場要怎樣走, 才可九秒九到達南海電鐵車站, 趕上15:35 往難波的"南海電鉄特急"列車

外型有點像機械人, 全車指定席, 車箱很舒適.
住心齋橋, 難波區的最好乘搭這輛. 只需36分鐘便到達 !

今次酒店選了近一兩年被受好評的 Cross Hotel
地理位置超方便, 位於御堂筋心齋橋旁邊,屬於 hip hotel 類型.
floor lobby 佈置跟其他酒店很不一樣

房間比其他酒店的semi-double房間為大.

連日本一向的蚊型洗手間, 這裡也大一倍哩!

浴室部份很不錯呀 !

1. feeling unwell : headache, sore throat, sleepless
2. don't feel like to work
3. don't remember what day is today
4. sit and stare at the photos for a long period of time and donno how to start to write up the travel log

sorry that i am not able to update here very often,
sth came up in my family, grandpa admitted to hospital suddenly, his condition is turning not so good yesterday (with some weird dreams....... hum... )
